Orders for custom-made or personalized items are considered final and cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please review all custom order details carefully before placing your order.

4. Refunds:
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed using the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your account statement depending on your financial institution.
