Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for pre-order items will be clearly indicated on the product page. Please note that this is an approximate timeframe and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as production delays or shipping issues.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order. This ensures that your items are reserved and ready to be shipped to you as soon as they become available.

Shipping: Once your pre-order items are ready to ship, they will be dispatched using the shipping method selected during checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

Multiple Item Orders: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, please note that they will be shipped together once all items are available. If you would like to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Changes and Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to pre-order items can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations due to the pre-production process already underway.
